Unsatisfactory.
I found Palermo's to be unsatisfactory. My husband and I were getting married on the Spirit of New York. We found out they get the wedding cakes from Palermo's. We took a look at the cakes online and were very impressed so we went to Palermo's to do a tasting. We were surprised at how ordinary the bakery looked.
