The Penthouse Ballroom is located on the fifth floor and boasts a breath taking panoramic view of the beach and the Victorian splendor of the town. It will comfortably accommodate as many as four hundred forty guests.
The Grand Ballroom is located on the first floor and features crystal chandeliers, an enclosed porch and a two-story glass atrium. It will comfortably accommodate as many as three hundred guests.
For smaller, intimate rehearsal dinners or receptions we offer the Wicker Room, a bright informal room with an ocean view or the Burgundy Room, offering a more formal Victorian ambiance. These rooms comfortably accommodate forty and sixty-five guests respectively.
