| The perfect wedding starts with the perfect atmosphere. Upon entering the Excelsior, you will pass by the beautifully lit gazebo. You and your bridal party will be escorted up the grand staircase to your private bridal room with attendant. The maitre'd will be waiting for your guests and accompany them to your separate cocktail hour room. They will find themselves either in the Atrium, a glass enclosed garden with fountains, or the Crestwood with its hand carved granite top bar and baby black grand piano in the center of your cocktail hour. With champagne in hand, they will find a wide array of hot and cold hors d' oeuvres, elegant displays and cooking stations.
The Excelsior's reception rooms, the Florentine Room or the Le Versailles Room, with their oversized granite dance floor and crystal chandeliers are set up with fine china, glassware, and silver. Our fully trained staff will take your guests order from the customized menu you have created. Every affair is coordinated by a Maitre'D who will anticipate all your guests needs. Our chef will create bountiful masterpieces, upon which your guests will compliment you for having such a wonderful affair! |
