Great photos, terrible service/communication

I hired Saffron Studio (aka Sonia Smith/Sonia Mangalick) to take the photos for my wedding several years ago. The photos themselves came out beautifully - Sonia is a talented photographer. I was far less impressed, however, with her customer service. In some instances, she failed to deliver products that were purchased (either as part of a package or on their own). I also had a very hard time getting her to return emails or phone calls - it literally took months in one case to get an answer to a simple question. This was, of course, after I had fully paid for a product that was not delivered in its entirety. We were eventually able to mostly work things out, but the entire experience was so unnecessarily frustrating that I would never recommend this vendor.
