| Catering by the Maddalenas is a full service Flemington area catering company located in Ringoes, New Jersey; we have been offering our services to all of Hunterdon County, Bucks County, Princeton and surrounding areas for over 21 years. We are the exclusive caterers at Three Bridges Banquet Facility, a comfortable space for 50 to 300 guests that features a full-service bar.
We are known for providing custom menus and outstanding service to our customers (we have accommodated groups as large as 1,100 to date). We specialize in onsite cooking for outdoor weddings, corporate picnics and barbecues. We offer “Full Service” and would be happy to assist you in your party planning.
